A few years ago the name Vera Wang did not ring any bells, but nowadays, any wedding bell would like be accompanied by a dress created by her. She started out creating bridal gowns for Hollywood’s A-list and as time went by she focused on new ventures. And she obviously succeeded. Some even got to consider Vera Wang the best of the fashion designers in matter of wedding outfits, namely dresses.

There is not much thing in a wedding dress, some conservatory thinkers might say, but what Vera Wang did was bringing upfront the uniqueness of every bride. The one thing that made Vera Wang so interesting in the bridal wear market was the fact that she introduced the idea of modernity and subtly fashionable silhouettes.

In fact, she effected a sort of a revolution in an area in which innovations were hardly thought possible at the time. The sensibility and modern-romantic instincts that Vera Wang wedding dresses stand out for have made her a brand in the fashion landscape.
